 Has any one ever made a Baum kuchen, if so would you like to give me details...

Baumkuchen - Tree Trunk Cake

This really needs to be made by a professional baker who has the proper equipment.  I can give you a home version recipe, if you like, but it really does not have the gnarled tree trunk appearance of the real thing.
