New to baking
I just wanted to make a quick comment. I have been an avid "cooker" for years. I love to cook almost everything and anything, however, I have always shied away from baking of breads. I always thought it was so diffucult and I couldn't put my own little twist on it. How wrong I was!! I started baking about a month ago and have baked Ciabatta, bagels and pita's! This is so addicting! Can't wait to keep learning and exploring the world of baking!
