Greetings from Canada. 

Just a note to say I love this site.  Keep up the good work.

Luckily, I can dash across the border for my KA flour but it is hard to get supplies here.  I will be stuck ordering online and getting my stuff delivered to the UPS store just across the border.  What a pain but at least for me, it is an alternative.

Greetings from Calgary, Alberta.  I am jealous of your convenience of crossing the border to get things that are not available in Canada.  To most of us, we have to settle for secondary ingredients or put up with high shipping cost.  Al

Our flour is generally considered to be the best in the world.  I use unbleached Weston flour for my bread, or even the unbleached store brand.

We must be really lucky here in Aus (actually we know we are for a whole load of reasons and will celebrate that tomorrow Australia Day) but i have yet to be disappointed by any of the flour that are for sale here from the big stores own brands right through to small specialty flours available from around Australia on the net.
