Wow, Butler, those are beautiful. Did you use any additional yeast, or is it pure sourdough? Mind sharing the forumla?

Hi JMonkey,

Thank you.Those are pure sourdough.The recipe is from Peter Reinhart's "The Bread Baker's Apprentice". In the recipe he did add yeast to the final dough but I chose to omit.
