I have been reading on this site for a while, thought I should introduce myself, originally from Thunder Bay, but I now live in Stratford, hello to all!
Ian, were you chef upstairs at Pazzo this past summer? Your ID pic is tiny, but you look familiar.
I am working with Max at The Parlour, making their breads for them.
I was the chef at Pazzo, but not this last year, currently I am at the Chef School, three weeks working with James MacGuire, gotta love it!
