Hello from Maryland

Hello folks.  I'm located near Baltimore, Maryland and have baked quite a bit recently.  I'd still consider myself a beginner since it's only been the last couple months that I've backed regularly.  I tried sourdough bread and I don't think I've got enough experience to get that working right.  So I'm back to yeast bread.

 I made a double batch of Honey Wheat Rolls last weekend for the big family gathering after Thanksgiving.  Everyone loved them.  Right now I have an Italian Bread recipe rising.  It's just a lot of fun to create something that tastes this good from some basic ingredients.
