I just tried yeast Challah after seeing it in Hammelman's Bread (his recipe, only using all KA Bread Flour) and looking at some braiding videos on YouTube. Thought came out decent.

with a nice color on your crust. Have you seen the discussions about using KA all-purpose flour when JH says to use bread flour? It works great.

As far as flour, I will have to try KA all-purpose. Hammelman suggests a mix of bread and hi-gluten flour (which is hard to come by short of ordering by mail).
