I get my flour from a local mill, due to their limited hours and my schedule I cant get any more bread flour until wednesday and I really need to feed my starter. I have some hi gluten bread flour, medium rye and hard whole wheat bread flour. Would any of these work better then the other? maybe do all three together? I have done the whole wheat mixed with bread flour before.

Doesn't matter
You can feed it any of those. The whole wheat or rye are fine. You can keep the starter feed on whole wheat or rye al the time. Even the high gluten will be fine.
thanks, I know you can throw
thanks, I know you can throw all sorts of stuff into it. Was afraid if I put the high gluten in there it might come to life and walk out of my fridge. feeeeeeddd mmeeee
Feeding the starter
Hi. That's right. If you want to learn a bit more about what works in starter, have a look at
http://www.sourdoughbaker.com.au/starters.html, which goes into a bit more detail. Rye is the best there in terms of activity and so forth, but you will find the flavour quite pronounced. You either like it or you don't. That's the way it is with rye...
Hope this helps!
