Globe Mixers
Has anyone ever used or heard anything about a Globe SP8 mixer? I make artisan bread and large volume pizza dough alot, and I need a heavy duty mixer with high capacity. My husband found this one for me for Christmas, but I can't find any reviews for it online. Can anyone help?

I have had a 20qt version of Globe and am very happy with it. solid metal gears, a real workhorse. Your SP 08 will only handle 3 lb of heavy dough like whole wheat and 5 lbs of pizza dough If your needs are greater than this, you may want to upsize; see globe website, and their capacity chart for various doughs...
