Hi from the Old Dominion

 Hi Everyone...

I came across this site last Friday.  Great place.  I've been devouring the information (...yeah, bad pun in there...).  We live in Northern Virginia, and it's tough finding good bread.  After growing up in an Sicilian household, just outside of NYC, I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY miss the delicious bread you could get from a half dozen local bakeries.    I love the recipes I read so far and look forward to learning and sharing.
