Pane Biove

I like these Italian rolls. Nice shaped and great in taste!

250 g flour
8 g fresh yeast
5 g salt
20 g lard
1/2 TL honey
~130 g water

question about bread shape of pane biove

Hi!  On The Artisan website, they say that the biove has a round shape.  (file:///Users/adriennelee/Desktop/artisan%20bread%20folder/bread%20recipes/biove.htm_files/biove.htm.html)   I love the oblong look of these loaves but is the loaf supposed to be round or oval?  Thanks.
