Searching For Experienced Artisan Bread and Pastry Bakers
I am opening a Bakery in Arizona and I am looking for experienced Bakers that specialize in Artisan Breads and Pastry. If anyone is interested please let me know.

Congratulations on being brave enough to start up your own bakery. I've fantasized about the same idea (in CA) but don't have the guts to pull the trigger. I'm curious, is this a new endeavor for you or have you owned/operated bakeries or similar retail shops in the past? Just wondering as I am seeking examples of others who are doing what I've been dreaming about. Thanks for anything you wish to share.
