How do I get...
the new content summary only? Now I get every new comment individually, plus the content summary. I just want the summary.

Go to your Notification Settings under My Account and set Notify New Comments to Disabled.
Notify Status is enabled and notify new comments is disabled, but I still get every comment. Thanks for helping, Floyd.
