do you think buying KAF from supermarkets is the same as buying directly form KAF.com? I only ask as i am knew to this, someday I'd like to grinfd my own flour : ).
But for now I've ordered several (hard to find) items (SAF yeast, powedered milk...) directly from KAF though I didn't order flour. Looking for others thoughts on freshness...is there really a differance?
I think it's got to be close to the same. I'm sure the stuff found in Shaw's is a little older than the flour found at the KAF store in VT, but as for packaging, they look exactly the same.
