sourdough percentage question

I was wondering if someone could tell me a recipe for sourdough.  I need the percentages if you can.  Assume that I am using a starter with 100% hydration.  Thanks

Basic SD Recipe

Flo Makanai's recipe, by weight:  1 part starter, 2 parts water, 3 parts flour, 1.8 to 2% salt.
