Hi everyone. Kelly Burgess here. I ended up finding this great site when a citrus peel experiment went awry. It wasn't actually suppose to be an experiment. A member of this site offered feedback mid-catastrophe, while giving kudos to this site, er, so here I am. I've posted two recipes on a blog, the Christmas Stollen recipe is awesome, not typical, just don't over-bake. A bit about me? I love weighing ingredients and portions, symmetry, and my own pastries, ha ha.
