High Altitude Banana Bread
I just needed to know if the 10 Minute Banana Bread recipe or the Better Banana Bread recipe would work ok in high altitudes. If not, is there a good Banana Bread recipe for high altitudes out there?

I don't know where you live but I live in Salt Lake City for years. I found I could use most recipes without adjustments. You can add a small (say 1 tablespoon) amount of additional flour but I rarely did. At high altitude things cook a little faster so check earlier and it should be fine.
