Hi all, has anyone tried to copy the Thanksgiving "Stuffing Bread" (I think it's called) that Great Harvest makes around Thanksgiving? I would love to get my hands on that recipe!
Haven't tried that one per se...
but I accidentally made some bread that tasted pretty strongly of stuffing a couple years back. It was a sort of enriched white bread (had egg and butter, but not as much as a brioche would) to which I added quite a bit of herbs de provence (maybe 4tbs in a 1.5 lb loaf). The rub is, herbs de provence are not standardized, but the sense I got was that mine had a healthy dose of sage and thyme.
