I started baking bread a few months ago and was really inspired by the fabulous pictures of rye breads that were out there. At the beginning I had no idea how to create my own rye starter or what first clear flour was, but through questions and lots of reading I started baking. I wanted to express my gratitude and say thank you to all the fresh-loavians out there because over the past few months, as you can see below, I have seen a drastic improvement in my loaves. A special thanks to dmsnyder and ehanner for answering my initial questions, and the inspiration! Leah
