Submitted by littlegrasshopper on October 16, 2009 - 1:56am Hi all from SpainHi all, I am a spanish young amateur baker. I am so glad I have found an awesome site like this one. Thank you to the "starters" hahaha and the people who contributes with their experiences to this. If I made a mistake with your language, I do apologize. It would be normal, as we in our country are tought languages at school in a woeful way. And all movies, as it happens in Italy, from abroad are always translated! Well, that´s all. I just wanted to say Hello.

Hola. If you are interested in making bread in Spain, you should know about the source of good flour

They are a great source of raw material.
For classes, "Bonsfocs" in Barcelona is a wonderful place..
Bona sort, Buena suerte, good liuck
Greetings.......
This a great bread site... and please do not apologize for any possible stumbling among languages. We spent a total of a month in Spain, during two separate trips....roaming your beautiful country in rental cars. The people of Spain graciously put up with our terrible attempts to speak Spanish,.. thanks..! You are welcome, any time, to slaughter the English language. Your English already sounds better than my Spanish. Welcome.
Thank you
Thank you both for your welcome. :-)
I am glad you enjoyed my country, Pain Partout, haha. It is a pity the fact that we are allowing some unconscious people to destroy the nature here and we have too much empty houses... at the same time we have almost no forests.
We can delight ourselves with some beautiful places, though.
See you soon
