I'm baking breads in a deck oven, but for which the formula calls for a convection oven. I'm wondering if I should adjust the temperature. Does anyone know? Thanks.
I'll share my experience iwth my home Jennaire convection oven and hope it helps. In my oven you were to drop the temp by 25 degrees if using the convection feature. i.e. if normally you bake cookies at 375 for 10 min, bake at 350 convect for 10 min.
