A Baker's dream, is waiting 4/u

I own a 4,600 sq.ft Baker's Dream

a Baker I am not, Owner/landlord I am!

Please, help me get the "Aroma" flowing in My Bakery.

If You have the Ingredients, I have everything in the kitchen you kneed.

It would seem that

asking very low rent

would mean neither selling or buying but renting the space out. Someone in Princeton, NJ could find themselves a great way to fire up a business without huge startup costs.

This isn't a classified section, however-

While this isn't a classified section but there may someone who might be interested if you would lay out a little of what you have in mind. The Fresh Loaf is a high volume Artisan bread site where many members have considered branching off into a commercial venture, if the situation was right.

For example it sounds like you have some square footage in a commercially zoned area that might have equipment. Is there equipment? If so a description of the equipment would be my first question. What do you have in mind?

You wouldn't have to get into fine detail about the financial aspects. It's just that when you say a bakers dream, I think of walking into a fully equipped bakery with a set of deck ovens and a sheeter.

You are right,

Ovens, walk in fridges, show cases, prep stations, pots etc, I own it all.

I had a bakery in this location for 30 yrs, renting it from me. I own commercial property, and I have this turn key lease ready to be rented out.
