Thanks Al, I am loving it already and excited about making bread when I learn how.
new to this site
well I ran across this site by chance while looking for something else and it has drawn my curiosity to bread making, something I have never tried; I got interested in bread making when I started purchasing specials breads from a retail source and have always wondered why can't I make it myself.
I have been looking over the site and reading post trying to prepare myself for my first bread making day, I will try making zucchini bread of all things. I will get back to ya'll when I make it and let u know how it turned out!
