Great video, I wasn't aware that a starter would slow down the staling process of bread.  I knew it added flavor, but didn't know the breads would'nt stale as quickly.  I will have to pay closer attention to this. . . . if we can keep bread long enough to stale that is.

That was an interesting comment about the stale inhibiting properties of using a starter. Glad you liked the video.
