Ugh, I've been gone awhile - I know I know!

RL has intervened. The joys of having parents (or in this case in-laws) who are getting older and who haven't planned ahead. Then I was sick, for related reasons, for over a week. No baking! I went into withdraw!

I'm more than making up for it though! I'm getting caught up with the Bread Baker's Apprentice Challenge and completed my Casatiello ( http://theyeasticoulddo.net/2009/06/29/bba-challenge-5-casatiello/ )yesterday. We've already eaten half a loaf between myself, my husband, and my mother who is visiting this week. Later in the week I will do the challah and I believe after that is ciabatta. I don't think I'll get to the cinnamon rolls before my mother goes home, alas! Oh well, more for us!

I've also got a pizza done for Breadbaking Round up #21 that I need to post on my blog as well.

I'll be caught up with the forum (or at least as caught up as I can get) in a day or so. Y'all sure look like you were busy while I was away!
