BBA has three variations on white bread formulas. I was wondering if anyone has made all three and what the differences were between them in the finished product.
If you made all three, which was your favorite and why?
I have baked all three variations. I know we liked three the best but I do not recall exactly why. Sorry.
I always double the recipe and add from 1/4 to 3/4 cup extra water depending on how the dough comes together. I bake three large loaves from the double batch. They all came out perfect using steam for the first ten minutes.
Variation 2
I've taken to variation 2. Something about the buttermilk makes it so delicious, for hamburger buns and bread.
