I am new to bread making but I have got a hunger recently that I cannot satisfy. I have been doing a new loaf every week for a bit now and I think I am getting somewhere but one never knows without a little advice. I did a Portuguese Rye Yesterday that I think turned okay. I am eager to learn.

Howdy, Austin!
Welcome to TFL. There are a lot of nice people here who will be happy to answer your questions.
I've been to Barton Springs in Austin (the photo of me was taken there). You are lucky to live in such a neat town: lots to do, great dining, friendly people, etc.

Portuguese Rye
Hello - I am curious about the Portuguese Rye, I have tried many different Portuguese recipes as Portugal is where my grandparents were from and I have eaten a lot of bread when visiting the Portuguese islands - The Azores, and have not tried a Portuguese Rye. Anyway you can tell me a little bit about it and pass on the recipe.
Thanks
