Personal pizzas (pat out their own dough & apply toppings they like)

Pretzels or breadsticks (make a small amount of dough into snakes and then wrap into whatever shape they want)

Cinnamon rolls (they may not be pretty, but eat just the same)

I also got mini-loaf pans for my sons to use, but one of them refuses to eat "bread" so we don't usually make loaves.  However, he will eat these specialties pulled from the same bowl of dough. :)
