It might not appeal to the advanced on here, but I keep going back to this site, and just thought I would share, esp since they have a pretty large whole grain bread section. Hope someone finds it useful too!

Interesting, but....
They only offer volume measurements.
Really odd considering it's a Canadian site.
Not odd at all.
All the Canadian cookbooks I have, including a lot of the Canadian Living books, have measurements in cups and grams. We may have gone metric, but not everyone in Canada thinks in metric, so the cookbooks generally give both.
