Par, Great lookin bakes...Do Tell about them...maybe show some slices in your gorgeous photos?
Nothing much to be proud of, as it's only my fifth and sixth loaves yet :) The recipe for these two comes from lesson two (butter and milk as fat). I actually had a little trouble handling reaaaaaaly wet dough, but because of some great videos posted in this website, i managed to copy same moves from the better chefs :) and control the wet sticky huge dough :) And i almost did not knead it at all, just plain folding.
And then, maximum heat in my brand new blomberg oven and baking stone inside for 1 hour until it's hell inside there :) Baked till 95 C, and out. (left loaf was baked in the baking form)
Unfortunatly i cannot make any more photos of these, as they were eaten the same evening - too delicious to stand in the freezer :)
Your doing great! TFL is a fun place to learn. Everyone loves photos if you can get them before the loaves are eaten ; )
