I live in RI and always loved the smell of fresh baked bread. I started to bake bread with my bread machine a long time ago and now moving to new frontier of using stand mixer and kneading by hand . I can doa whole kneading process by hand but what I can do I find a lot more relaxing than watching the machine go on and taking care of it. Shar

Hi Steve H, Newport is a beautiful town with great restaurants. We have some great bread bakeries in RI, did u eve try Seventh star bakery or Iggy bread? Olga's bread bakey is another one that is doing a great job.
