Best StandMixer

I'm looking for a professional stand mixer sized or 7 qts. I was about to buy a Viking but discovered Delonghi reviews. I'm interested but only see the Delonghi online. Anyone have any preferences of these or other mixers?

I bought the Electrolux DLX 2000 a couple months back.
Before that I used the Kenwood( DeLongi) for 40 years, I like every thing about the DLX, by far the best machine on the market, check it out....... qahtan

Delonghi flour capacity?

Hi,

Does anyone know how much flour the Delonghi can handle when making bread?
