Flour Definitions?

Does anyone have a good link to a flour dictionary? I found an awesome sewing/fabric dictionary by chance recently and would love to know the different characteristics, history, etc of the different grains/flours used to make bread.

Hi,

Carol field in her book "the italian baker" explained some varaities of flour.
