I'm making my KA 600 cry after putting it through so much work with the bagel dough for the farmer's market. I've been looking at the Axis AX-M8 mixer because it's the only professional mixer small enough to fit in my kitchen. Anyone have experience with them? I'd like an opinion before I buy, if possible.

I've tried it. Nice capacity,
I've tried it. Nice capacity, nice construction, no power. Totally gutless. It has a 330 watt motor. It should be a 1000 watt. Also, local support is brutally bad and rude.
I would not recommend this unit at all.
