20090503 Assorted Yummy Buns

Little Yippees have had all these sandwich breads that I've been testing for weeks.  They are begging for a change.   Here it is, something different on the table for breakfast:

To tell you the truth, I stayed up all night this past weekend to try these and the others.

Those are hot dogs inside.

Have you had a chance to try the milk toast recipe?

Your posts are extremely inspiring! Now if only I could get a caffeine IV I might be able to try that!

What time are these treats being served?  Yum!

Does anyone know of a book that contains only recipes of bakery type rolls?  Such as "Bear Claws - donuts - long johns - apple fritters, etc.

Thanks

Duane

as fara s I know most of what you listed are deep fried, unless you are lucky enough to have a doughnut machine which bakes them. Fritters are fried, although you might bake them they just wouldn't be the same!

Hi Yippee

Your buns look delicious. What did you put inside them besides hotdogs. They would make great little rolls to take to work. A whole meal in one luscious package. My DD might even take one rather than eat out.

Thanks, Yolanda.

There were a few things I'd put inside those buns: bacon, roast chicken, cheese, red bean, pork curry and custard.
