I would like to ask for help with an idea I had for a bread. I am having some problems with the dough so anyone who has a formula for a Buttermilk Currant Bread I would really appreciate it.
There is a recipe for a buttermilk currant loaf in Daniel Leader's Bread Alone Book. Im not sure about photo/copying this from the book so I didn't include the formula it is rather lengthy. You might serach this site for it!
