How much dough for a 4x4x7 7/8 Pullman pan

Hi, Recently purchased a World Cuisine Blue steel 4 x 4 x 7 7/8 Pullman pan.  I have searched and can not find the dough weight for this size pan.  I'm planning on making bread this weekend.  Hoping someone on this board has the answer and any tips for using this type of pan.

Thank you and happy bread baking!

try it with 1 1/4 lb dough, then you can see if that is too much or not enough and the adjust accordingly........ qahtan

Is there a way to find out where you found that size pan to purchase - I have been looking for a taller loaf pan then the typical 2 3/4"? How do you like that one?

Thanks!

Sure, I'm so glad I purchased this pan.  I've been looking and debating whether to order one of these pans since they are so expensive.  But a previous post on pullman pans had information in it on these blue steel pans.  I love it.  The bread baked perfectly and the help I received on the dough weight was right on.  Now I may have to purchase a larger one since our two kids will be home from college in two weeks. lol!
