I found your wonderful forum while searching for bread recipes. At 55 I am ready to learn to make and bake bread from scratch. I do make biscuits and cornbread from scratch but want to learn to make bread by the loaf. Look forward to exploring the forum further and posting soon. Thanks, Rhonda
