Yeast...fresh Vs dried

Hello Bakers,

Do you prefer fresh or dried yeast in baking breads? and why? Have you noticed any diffence between them?

Myself I do not like the dried yeast, but I do like the direct yeast, it's a finer texture than the dried, works better tastes better.
also I like fresh, I usually switch about, direct of fresh

what do you me mean by direct yeast? is it instant?
