cinnamon rolls
Larry,
With my sticky bun recipe, for 12, the dough is 1646g.

Yikes!
I didn't think it would be anywhere near that much, but if you break it down to g/oz per roll, it makes sense. Thanks Mark

Cinnamon Rolls
If I am making cinnamon rolls in a pan, I use about 60 grams each. 9 x 60 or 540 grams in a 8 inch by 8 inch pan.
If I am making free rolls on a sheet pan then I use about 90 to 100 grams each.
With free rolls you can make them just about any size you want, but I wouldn't go over about 160 grams each, unless you are feeding teenagers.

Personally, I like to make the honey bun size,
It is fun to watch peoples eyes light up when you bring them out, all livin' large, soft and dripping with sweet wonderful goodness. I don't care if they can eat it all. It is the difference of handing a child a DumDum sucker or one of those lollipop's you find at places like Cracker Barrel that are done by hand, about 6 inches across, and on the wooden stick. If your gonna get remembered, go out with a bang!
