are there any East Indian markets in your area?

If you are using semolina as a filling for a tart, it sounds like you want regular semolina, not semolina flour.  Does that seem correct?  If so, are you aware that semolina is often sold as "creamed wheat" or under the brand name "Cream of Wheat".  Do you have any East Indian markets in your area?  Semolina is a staple at Indian markets.  It is sold under the name of "sooji" or "creamed wheat".

Hope that helps.  Sorry if I missed something.

thanks.

thanks.
