Pineapple Juice Success
Read about that Pineapple Juice sourbough starter and figured I hadn't had much success using other methods so why not try this one.

Wow!!! So far I've tried it with AP bleached flour, AP unbleached flour, and Whole Wheat flour and they all work very well. Haven't had a chance to try any other variety (like bread flour) but don't see why I'd need to.
It's been five days and it just gets more beautiful every day.
