Round Poly Scraper Usage
Greetings. I just got the round poly scraper from Fantes as pictured here;

When scraping dough from the bowl, which way does the bevel face? Toward or away from the dough?

The bevel should always face away from the sides of the bowl that is being scraped out..In the image in the link you provided the bevel is facing the viewer, and the sides of the theoretical bowl being scraped would be behind the scraper opposite of the bevel..Thus, the bevel would face the dough..
