i was pleased to see Shadeau Bread listed in cincinnati, but i am traveling to sante fe and other points in new mexico, does anyone know of "excellant" places to obtain bread in NM??? I do not want to have to bake in the dutch oven!!!

Welcome to New Mexico, I am north of Santa Fe, in Taos. The local organic food store "Cids" has a good selection of breads. There is also a bakery called Loka and a restaurant/bakery called Gutiz. I have not tried anything from either place but it is a place to look.
