need recipe

The month or so I saw recipe for Brazilian bread made from "manioc"and I was looking for it over The Fresh Loaf but I can not find it.Please, help.

Hi saintdennis,

I found one on the perfect pantry.  If pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) is what you're looking for, go to www.theperfectpantry.com.  Then just type mandioca (manioc - we call it cassava in Asia) recipe.  If you're having problems let me know.
