is there such a thing as a non non-stick pan for bread machines?
Hello,
does anyone know if there are any bread machines with pans that are not non-stick, such as stainless steel?
Thanks!

I thought they were all that way. The pan is aluminum I think with a non stick coating.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't phrase my question very well. I'm looking for a bread machine with a pan that is not aluminum but rather stainless steel or other material because I don't like using non-stick aluminum when cooking and baking.
I suspect that the entire design of a breadmaker, with the odd-shaped paddle able to twist the dough in a kneading action, depends on the bucket having a non-stick coating. Otherwise the unformed dough would stick to the sides in a doughnut shape and just stay there.
You could contact Zojorishu and ask what their bucket is made of - it seems heavier than aluminum to me, but maybe that is just how thick it is. It still has a non-stick coating however.
