deli rye


I'm new.  Learned to post today with yesterday's bake of a deli rye with caraway seeds.

I tried to stay as close as I could but in techniques I ended up without the starter and due to happy but time consuming events the overnight fridge became two nights.

Didn't realize it was Susan's Faux deli-rye...HI SUSAN!  Great loaf of Rye!!
