Pierre Nury's Light Rye is the best bread ever...

Discuss. I haven't put anything better out of my kitchen, i'll put it that way.

Pictures to follow, hopefully tomorrow.

Yup.

Nury's Light Rye is pretty terrific alright.

It's definitely a contender

I love Nury's light rye, but my personal all-time absolute favorite is Hamelman's sourdough seed bread (with flax, sunflower and sesame seeds). Another new favorite is Hamelman's mixed flour miche, which has a bit of rye flour to it, besided bread and ww. It is moist, tangy, and delectable, crumb and crust. I'd call it Nury's light rye's older sister: more mature and complex.

I agree

I try different breads and like them a lot but Nury's, to me, is tops in flavor.
