Hello everyone

Hello everyone, my user name is Validen and I am a 21-year-old amateur baker.  I bake so I can provide quality food for my family at the fraction of the cost.  It is a personal requirement that I know what ingredients are included in the meals I serve.  Baking and cooking from home made enables me to have that knowledge as well as gives me the freedom to change the recipes to suit the families needs.  I also look forward to using this comprehensive site to fill the daily-recommended requirements for whole grain intake using new bread recipes.  I am very happy to be here and I look forward to expanding my horizons with my baking.

I think you will enjoy this site. The book recommendations are very helpful.  I suggest checking out any you may be interested in from your local public library (if possible) before purchasing. Good luck with your healthy baking and cooking!
