Hi from south-central PA
Found this site through a search, looks very friendly and informative! I'm getting ready to pull 3 baguettes out of the oven, made 'em with 50% preferment per Mr. Reinhart's instructions in The Bread Baker's Apprentice. It's my second batch from the book, the first being focaccia which turned out well.
I love cooking, baking, and brewing beer, hence my namesake. Looking forward to learning a lot on here!
